Why am I not getting ReadyRosie emails or texts?

If you are not receiving your ReadyRosie emails or text messages, there are a couple of things you might want to try:

MAKE SURE YOU ARE SET UP TO RECEIVE READYROSIE MESSAGES:

  • When logged in, click your name in the upper right-hand corner of your screen.
  • Click on Profile
  • You can now see your message preferences - you can change your email, cell phone number, and delivery method by clicking a box or two

CHECK YOUR SPAM, JUNK, or CLUTTER FOLDER:

  • It is possible that your ReadyRosie messages are going to your spam, junk, or clutter folder if you receive them by email.
  • Go into those folders and search for info@readyrosie.com
  • If that is what is happening and you can find past emails, set your email settings such that info@readyrosie,com is a trusted sender for your account.
